jlaaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or upon request by any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
Upon permanent account closure for regulatory or fraud-related reasons, jlaaa may withhold the player's balance pending investigation. Where no fraud is established, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jlaaa support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jlaaa's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
jlaaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jlaaa will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
